Why do you want to join the Venice Surf Photography Meetup Group?

To meet, learn, and expand more about the knowledge in surf photography.

What sorts of activities are you looking for in a Meetup group?

Hands-on tutorials.

How would you describe your skill as a photographer? Beginner? Intermediate? Advanced?

Beginner

Have you surfed or photographed surfing before?

Yes. I usually go to Huntington Beach/56th st Newport Beach on the weekends. If the swell is big then on to the Wedge.

I can tell you Omari impress me a lot. Very warm reception from a newcomer such like me. The whole group is such a joy to be with and of course to shoot around. They welcome you in open arms. Deb, Lisa, Mike, Frank & Issa, Adrea, Kiki, Katrina, Larry and Suzy these folks have now become friends of mine. Venice Surf Photog....you rock!!!

Good suggestions Patrick. The NSSA Championships look good for sure. I want to try to build some excitement around Vans so I won't push the other ones too much, but if you're down to host one day, say, the NSSA Championships, feel free to post it! And count me in!

I thought that might be you! Yep, I'm registered as LomaxInLA. I definitely should post more. Yeah, a few nice sets rolled through but too inconsistent. Still, it was nice being out and shooting with the group. You think you can make Sunset? I'm gonna try some new spots to spice it up. Take care!
